i know you guys think im crazy, but i still dont think were a lock. a win today would have done it. and if we miss the tourney now it would be a travesty, i still dont think we are.

We are. We could lose to Duq, SLU, and Fordham, and still have a way, way better resume than bubble teams.

You can't just look at us. Weakest the bubble has been that I can remember. Bubble teams continuously are losing to bad teams and sending them down the ladder. We are absolutely 100% a lock.

RPI is now 14. We bumped Dayton to 48, and knocked Nebraska to 53. Which sucks a bit.

Right now and over last 2 weeks, St. Joe is playing the best in the league!

are we still a lock if god forbid we lose our next two and go 1 and done in Brooklyn? just to put that in perspective...6-7 in last 13 and 4 straight losses! I can't believe the selection commitee won't look at that.

how big is that Duquesne game now? last week it looked like a gimme...now not so much. I do not want to go into the A-10 tourney and HAVE to win a game or two. I think if we win at Duquesne, that wraps it up...a loss against St. Louis won't matter...I think that is a game that can only help us.

Yes, still a lock. Bubble teams have bad losses and not enough good wins. We'll have more than enough wins to offset what would be 2 or 3 bad losses total.

It's been posted time and time again that the committee looks at the whole body of work. The last ten thing is something made up. Check out the Villanova team that made the tournament in 2010/11 when they lost their last four and one and done in the Big East Tournament.

The fact is that we have beaten so many bubble teams and our RPI is too high to miss the tournament. It is actually ridiculous that I am making this post.

I love the confidence! I'll feel a lot better when we beat Duquesne! I agree we have a GREAT resume, but now that it's this close, I want it so bad!

I want a Brooklyn Bye. I asked Santa for one in December and I hope he doesn't forget.

I understand the paranoia. But relax, and get your dancing shoes shined up.

I agree with Swampy and others, the A10 is the thing I really want. St. Louis and St. Joe's seem to be locks to 2 of the 4. Thinking it comes down to us, GW and VCU. Both team we hold the tiebreaker over. If we beat Duquesne I think that locks up a bye. I want to the 3 seed for various reasons, selfishly a 3 seed ups us in the night bracket Friday instead of playing in the afternoon bracket in the 4-5 game.

Ok let's shift gears a bit and talk big picture.

Is UVa legit? Can they be a Final Four team?

How far do you see Wichita State going?

Will 'Cuse be a 1 seed?

Virginia has been under the radar all season. I really like how they play, it's hard to say any team will be in the final 4, but they certainly look like one of the best in the country right now. I say elite 8.

I give Wichita State better chances than most people, they were there last year so they know what it takes, and just because their schedule isn't tough doesn't mean they don't play great ball.

Right now my #1 seeds would be Florida, Wichita, Arizona and Kansas.
