Ya...but I like the team knowing the oddsmakers don't think much of them. They could use a little chip on their shoulder.

^ They're not stupid in Vegas or to people laying the lumber to their bookmakers.

Genuinely laughed out loud when I saw this...still chuckling.

Richmond's a tough match-up. They're well-coached and we're overdue for a loss, much as I hate to say it. My real concern is with how we'll bounce back after a loss, whenever one takes place.

That said, if we're going to win tomorrow night, it's going to be the Chaz and Maxie show. Both need to play really well. If they do, I think there's a solid chance we come out of there with the win. It'd be one of our biggest of the year. I would LOVE to go 2-1 on the road at SJU, Bona and Richmond.

At the same time, we are overdue for a healthy win. Why not tonight to have Cady, Chaz or Maxie have a breakout game?

We are not getting any respect in Vegas being made an underdog to a team that lost to the Ohio Bobcats and was taken to overtime by Hofstra. After UMass wins this game on the Spiders home court tonight this will be the Richmond Coach's press conference:

"The Minutemen are what we thought they were. They're what we thought they were. That's why we took the damn court. Now if you want to crown them, then crown their ass! But they are who we thought they were! And we let 'em off the hook!"

Thanks for pointing this out! For those in the DC area with Verizon Fios, this should be on channel 501. The program guide shows ESPNNews at the moment, but they tend to show games at night even when ESPNNews is listed, so hopefully we'll pop on there at 7:00.

Well that's lame. Looks like ESPN3 will not be showing this game after all. You can however watch the UMass Lowell vs. UNH game this Sunday on ESPN3.

^^ Yeah, it appears that espn3 dropped coverage. Not listed on the UMass ESPN page or on watchespn.com. To continue my rant, NESN will be showing Wake Forest at Virginia Tech. WTF.

Amherst area people, Old Town Tavern in Amherst (The old Charlie's) posted on Facebook last night that there was a strong chance they'd have the game on TV.
