Have not seen but a couple of games this year down here in Maryland. Nice to watch a great win! Williams really got going in the second half. Great steal and game awareness to call a time out at the end.

So your saying there's a chance!
That is a great team win. Everything was set up for this team to come out and just lay an egg. The start was terrible, the refs were terrible (both ways) Chaz with 3 quick fouls, etc etc...
Trey was amazing today and the future is bright.
TV was amazing and the I'll be sad to see him go. Cady was solid today.
Freddie wow! Never thought a year ago today I'd be saying that I will for sure be missing Freddie, but this kid, kept working, took a ton of criticism (myself included) and just took advantage of an opportunity as you'd expect a senior to do. Just so proud of this kid for what he has done. Not only hitting big 3's today, but also playing great D!
I also think it might be overlooked, but the minutes Bergantino got today were huge. I wanted to see more of him in the second half, but he really deliverd in limited time today.
I think for those who have been critical of DK, this was as well a coached game as he has had. He made adjustments, he had good rotations, and I loved his late game thinking with getting the ball into Cady!
I hope we sell out the Mullins for Butler. Hopefully we can catch them reeling a little bit coming off of today!
Go Umass!

Have to give it up to Tberg too. He did a great job, at a time when he was really needed. Man, I'd like to see him get even more minutes. How do you like that? Trey and Tyler significant contributors at the end of the season. Couldn't have anything to do with coaching, of course.

Huge huge game. Its always frustrating with some of the boneheaded plays (Sampson Carter taking not 1 but 2 three pointers), poor fouls, but there's no taking away how tough this team played today. Freddie came up huge and I think Trey has to get game ball for stepping up big time in place of Chaz. This kid really showed some poise today and appears to be growing up into the NCAA game well this season for a freshman.
Butler is going to be HUGE.
Just have to say that Steve Lappas is such a crappy commentator. No bias left from his tenure coaching at UMass, but it seemed he enjoyed harping on UMass, focusing on Vinson's "acting", our "flopping", and towards the end stating "Here's what Umass needs to do..." as if he knew what that was. Amazing how Umass found a way to win without him. I'd put him half a step above the commentators from Duquesne last year.

So lucky to get out of there the way we rebounded and shot free throws. We definitely got bailed out by the 3, but this team gutted out a win at a really tough place to play and that's all that matters.
EBox, as for Lappas, I agree that he seemed to enjoy talking more about what the teams did wrong as opposed to giving credit to players for making good plays. He was totally right for talking about TV's flop though. Vinson is my favorite player on the team, but when he did that, I was embarrassed to watch it. There clearly was no contact and he tried to sell an elbow to the face by dropping to the floor and covering his face. He should have been called out for that.

Trey was huge today, very poised. kid is going to be a solid PG for us after Chaz leaves, and next year as well. Agree, TBerg gave us some needed minutes and held his own. Freddie was huge, played within the game and hit CLUTCH threes. TV really was agressive offensively and really kept us in it for a stretch there. Cady just tough down low. Good comeback win. Really picked it up after halftime and woke up to get a much needed win. Good adjustments by DK at the half to get this team back on track. Team showed some sack today
