Who was suspended? Please tell me it was Braswell.
It was DeMario Mayfield that was suspended.

Hell ya great team W. We need a strong showing Saturday vs Charlotte. Great to see Putney have a great game, we need him the rest of the way. This is a huge win for us. Pissed I can't watch or follow Saturday since I will be flying, but will be nice to touch down at Logan and hopefully see us having pulled off another road W.

UMASS just beat LaSalle, who beat Butler, who beat Indiana…. so that makes UMASS the best team in the country. LOVES IT!!!

If they would limit the stupid shots and do better on the offensive glass, we might make a statement in the A10 tourney

Couldn't get the free link to work so I had to buy the game since I was looking forward to it all day.
Good decision. This is awesome.

But to people saying this isn't a quality win, give me a break. It was a huge win.

That's sad if tue...dr g should blame himself for fn up on calling a timeout for no reason and therefore not giving LaSalle a chance to setup a play.

^^

Without a question the biggest win of the year, La Salle received top 25 votes (other teams getting votes) this week in both polls and projected at a tourney team in every bracketology posted this week.

There is a good chance LaSalle finishes with 22 wins this season.

This win is huge .. HUGE!!!!!

I'll have to wait for the highlights to make my own judgment about Cady's screen. I am eternally grateful to the UMass employee(s) who set up and tweeted that link. I had been going crazy trying three different computers to get a working link--and I paid for it. I don't understand why it didn't work. Also, I don't think the La Salle announcers are any more homers than our guys are. They commented positively on some of our plays and they even agreed with the refs when Wright was called for blocking Maxie when trying to get a charging call. But sure, they were excited when La Salle made big plays, just like Tim gets excited when we make big plays.

So now we have our first "good win" to balance off our first "bad loss" (GW). I like it. As a matter of fact, is this our first "upset" of the season?
