UMass should be national champs!
UMass should be national champs!
That's right, since the Minutemen beat URI, and URI beat Providence, and Providence beat UConn, the transitive property states that UMass should be national champions. I think we picked up one of those in football too. These are the type of things to help put a positive spin on the current mess.
Joblessness is no longer just for philosophy majors. Useful people are starting to feel the pinch.

The Mighty Frogs
I believe the Hampshire Frogs are a club team but they occasionally play teams that compete at the USCAA Division II level (not the NCAA or even NAIA). Apparently they did beat Vermont Tech in a nail biter (it was considered an exhibition by VT though). Anyway, once you make that link the rest was . . . . I knew that Lubbock Christian beat Rhodey so I also knew somehow I had to link Vermont Tech with Lubbock Christian.chuff wrote: I didn't even know Hampshire had a basketball team. I'm thinking there might be some school policy about actually winning a game.
