I was watching the hockey game at Wrigley on NBC and noticed one of the commentators was Dave Strader. Can I assume that he is the same Dave Strader who was the voice of the Redmen/Minutemen in the early 70's? Is he invited back for the '70s game?

Yes, that's UMass grad Strader, heard with Bob Paquette and others on WMUA in the early '70s.
