Anyone go? I thought UMASS would win easily. Looks like it took a major comeback to win. Yet a win is a win. Go Gorrillas!

I watched - the hockey game was dominant for me.

A close game, UMass woke up late. In my view, too many UM players were trying to score, and too quickly. Once UM re-created Lax as a team game, and more settled, if the initial break was not there. In the second half UM won.

The "book" on goaliie Sconone is to fire low, "worm burners", which did bore fruit for Drexel.

It's a win.

I went to the lacrosse game, saw a bit of the men's soccer game and then went to The Hangar to watch the hockey game. That's a long day for an old fart. In the first half our offense missed a bunch of chances with sloppy plays and unforced turnovers. The D was OK but not great. The capper was letting Drexel score with 1 second left in the half on a length of the field Hail Mary that we absolutely blew. We were down 6-2 at the half.

Second half we came out much sharper and scored the first 2 goals. After that it was back and forth. We finally took the lead with maybe 5 or 6 minutes to go (I can't remember exactly) and held on. We outscored them 8-3 in the second half.
