How the hell did the wheels fall off the season so fast? Very frustrating to be a UMass lax fan right now!

The wheels were off from the get go. They were beating great teams and losing to lesser teams. It was only a matter of time before one of those things fixed itself.

Having spent many afternoons on the hill side watching lax games since the 1960s, I can attest to the sadness and frustration longtime fans are currently feeling; very similar to the women's soccer and softball situations. Hoping for better times ahead.
All due respect, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart, I'm gonna pass.

After all these down years in lacrosse, why doesn't our head coach get any blame?

People have been asking if it's his fault for quite awhile now (2 years, I believe), but I don't think enough people here know enough about Lax and our program specifically to really answer the question.

He's had great success and has been here a very long time. I guess if Elaine Sortino went through some down years, would we have questioned her?
