Odenigbo is slowly becoming dominant. If coach can keep this team intact the future is bright. Lilly at 6-3 and Odenigbo at 6-5 can be an outstanding front court.

It was reported that she got hit in the head by an opposing player. If it is not a concussion, she might be able to play. It was a great win considering we got nothing from Taulelei or Williams. Tori really stepped up. We'll need all hands on deck as Duq. is much better than La Salle.

We need a few pieces before I would call the future bright. Depth is the big issue. One you get past the top 4 or 5, it goes south unless someone like
Tori has a career game. We need another outside shooter, a ball handler and maybe another big who can rebound. We got outrebounded by 5 per game and had 4 more turnovers per game. That's 9 more possessions for the other team. Tough to win with those stats.

I just watched the fourth quarter on replay. Odenigbo held an ice pack to the side of her head the entire time, but was moving around OK. They played with a confidence level above what I have seen before.

Anyone notice the pep band with all the UMass shirts doing a great job for us? Well, they weren't our folks. Rent-A-Band, from Virginia Union, I think. Excellent move!
