WNIT
Re: WNIT
I can't let the season end without a shoutout to Angelique. In the postseason (7 games) she averaged 11 points and 6.5 rebounds. She was a terror on the offensive boards and was 30/46 from the field. She was also 18/22 from the free throw line. Since her season high was just 2 points this was shocking and it was needed. Angelique has earned a lot of playing time next year and well deserved.

Her arrival on the scene caught my eye, too. In her first 22 games of her career, she scored 61 points!!! Hopefully with the time off, she will be able to recall what happened in those last 7 games and improve from there!69MG wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 6:08 pm I can't let the season end without a shoutout to Angelique. Stef is one of the 5 and she's already here, but the rest of the class looks pretty good also. Stef garnered some great experience which will only make her more ready for next year.Berkman wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 6:10 pm The 7 will be joined with these 5 recruits for next year.

That gives us 11 players. I wonder if any of the 4 "missing" players will be back? We have a couple of slots to fill.
Re: WNIT
She is the Lou Roe of the Minutewomen. She is a monster on the offensive glass with lots of easy put-back baskets. She needs more minutes next year.TruBluMaroon wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 7:00 pmHer arrival on the scene caught my eye, too. In her first 22 games of her career, she scored 61 points!!!
