Sims is in concussion protocol. Don't know if/when she could play again this season.

At one point in the first half we had 2 freshman and a high school senior on the court on a team with 7 players!

The Collegian said that Sims was expected back for the tournament--guess not. The Gazette mentioned that Sanderlin wasn't traveling to the tournament--she's not listed on the roster anymore so that is technically correct. The women's hoop team has the attrition rate of the Navy SEALs! :D

These lucky seven were fun to watch today!

From the game write-up in The Collegian:
On Tuesday night, the impression was that the Minutewomen would be without Maeve Donnelly and Desiree Oliver. That number only grew.
A team spokesperson confirmed neither Madison Lowery nor Maddie Sims traveled to Richmond due to a team issue being handled internally.
What the hell does that mean and what the hell is going on with this team behind the scenes?

Cool that they won under these circumstances.

Trail at the half 37 - 34. Four stupid turn over in a row at one time.

First time reaching the A-10 tournament semifinals since 2002. Those were Joanie O'Brien's last three games in charge.

14 double-doubles for Sam! Nineteen years since we reached the semis. Yow.

The replay of the Fordham players colliding was tough to watch.

^ ESPN+ has replays. Right now you can watch the game we just played.

EDIT: Today's semi is on CBSSN @ 4.

Congratulations to the shorthanded Minutewomen on another gutsy performance. Special cheers for Angelique and Stefanie who despite their inexperience gave important minutes to the team.
