Atlanta Olympics '96. Took a shortcut to get to GA tech where we had boxing tickets, end of road was a fence and had to walk all the way back in 100+ heat.
Little dude walking down the way we just came, we warned him it was blocked off. It was Gregg Lougainis. We saved him a 15 minute round trip but he couldn't take 10 seconds for a picture with us. Dick.
So at the boxing match, I sat next to Angelo Dundee. He was awesome.

Vegas strip circa 1992 - my buddies and I were walking toward what is now the Venetian and Tommy Lee walked by us. He was very tall and easy to recognize. One friend shouted, "Yo Tommy Lee, whats up!!!". He stopped, shook our hands, and chatted with us for a few minutes.
He was, very surprisingly, not a dick.

I live in Brooklyn so I see celebrities here and there (doesn't phase me), however last week was a magical experience.. I'm at the park, relaxing, eating my glorious bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich in the morning and I hear a voice I know, so I look up, and it was indeed John Oliver strolling by.

In a Houston Petco Tracy McGrady was buying a ferret. He looked at me and said "not a word. Not a single word." We laughed and off he went, ferret and all.
