COVID- 19 VACCINE SHOT

Post by Berkman » Thu Jan 14, 2021 1:34 pm

I went and got my COVID - 19 VACCINE SHOT this morning. When any of you do go to get the shot plan on it taking at least 5 hours from the time you arrive at the location until you actually get the shot. They were giving them at 10 this morning and several people told me to get there early. So I got there at 7:15 and there was a long line already. They actually started giving the shots a little early like 9:10.When it was my turn I did not even feel it. The nurse said that I was ll done and she said that she gave it to me while she distracted me with instructions.

I got the Moderna vaccine and I am scheduled for the second shot around Feb. 11th. I strongly recommend that most of you should go and get the shots. Better be safe than sorry.

I agree, Berkman. I also thought the key to the game was keeping Fatts from penetrating too much. His outside shot wasn’t falling and he didn’t get to the stripe too much.

You see Berkman, if they had been giving outside shots, it wouldn't have been a 5 hour wait to get to the charity stripe...

Berkie and I are still waiting for Camby4Life to translate this line of his for us: "the -10 has nothing to do with the line, it’s just the juice at the normal 10%." :?
"Jack didn’t have any envy in him," Calipari said. "He was the greatest coach to ever coach here."

MVP shot right there.

Hopefully things are a little quicker than "wait 5 hours" by the time I'm eligible in however many months that will be.

I think the form of the shot is kinda funky. But it worked for Trey Davis, why not this?

I did have some mile effects about 45 min after I got the shot getting a mild headache. So I took a couple of aleves and within a half hour it cleared up/

The reason it took the 5 hours is that you can't make an appointment. The time for the shots was 10 AM/ I arrived at 7:15 AM. They started a little early around 9:08. There were so many people in line that ti took all that time to get the shot. I strongly everyone to get the shots so that maybe by the FB season in the fall we can have fans in the stands for the games.

Now I am going to watch the FB game against Montana, semifinal game in 06.

It’s ok, Berkman can keep telling everyone the wrong gambling lines. As far as the vaccine goes, if you want to get it, get it. No need to lecture the general public to get it. I know it’s hard to believe but not everyone is jumping at the chance.

I'll get mine as soon as I'm eligible, but I'm near the bottom of the list.

^ The sooner they make and distribute the vaccine, the sooner I get the shot. I'm a few rungs down the category ladder of distribution.
Unfortunately, I'm not a smoker in New Jersey.

Do middle aged cigar smokers in MA get priority?

What does smoking have to do with getting the vaccine?
