Just like it was going to be a 3 week shutdown in March. Operation Warp Speed has been a disaster so far.
We can go back to athletic events, just depends on which state you live in and if “they allow it”.

I’ll rephrase it as the distribution of Operation Warp Speed has been a disaster so far.TheInsider wrote: ↑Fri Jan 15, 2021 9:54 am Well seeing how most said it was impossible to have a vaccine approved by the end of 2020.. I wouldn't call it a disaster. Hopefully will get mine next month
New Jersey has included smokers among the group of high risk citizens (mainly older folks with chronic respiratory conditions). Many people, particularly educators, who are lower on the list to receive the vaccine, are kinda pissed that so many who weren't concerned about prior health warnings are being given priority over those who deal with the public on a regular basis. The optics of the decision are pretty brutal and the decision makers are getting an earful.
Maybe where you live. I am surrounded by science deniers who expose others as a badge of honor. How about we open everything back up with sound public health measures and subsidies for small business? Nah, that would be socialism. Let’s just “open up” and kill each other in the name of free enterprise. The dumb is strong is this country...
Actually there is.
Don’t know where you live but there hasn’t been much subsidies for small business. There were also plenty of big business who took out PPP loans intended for small business.JoleonLescottsHair wrote: ↑Sat Jan 16, 2021 5:16 pmMaybe where you live. as evidenced by the following...
Actually there is.
No, there hasn’t been enough relief for small business. We agree. And, yes, there is a “singular correct answer.” This isn’t a matter of “opinion.” We need as many people as possible to get vaccinated.Camby4Life wrote: ↑Sat Jan 16, 2021 6:35 pm Don’t know where you live but there hasn’t been much subsidies for small business. As far as the vaccine goes, there is no one singular correct answer. All I see is a bunch of name calling for anyone with an opposing opinion.
Once again it’s not always one or the other. I know it’s hard to believe for you. Here is my “non scientific, anti vaxxer opinion”. The vaccine should go to the elderly/nursing home and first responders like the original phase 1 plan, then it should be offered to 65+, then it should be offered to anyone who wants to get it. I don’t think you should be forced to show you are vaccinated to return to work, travel, go to concerts, sporting events, etc. I am someone who believes in science and data and the average vaccine takes 8-10 years to develop. I would like to have the option to wait a couple of years and see how it plays out. I am still currently furloughed from my job due to covid and want things to get back to normal as soon as possible. The vaccine rollout was supposed to be the light at the end of the tunnel but it’s not starting out so great.JoleonLescottsHair wrote: ↑Sat Jan 16, 2021 7:02 pmNo, there hasn’t been enough relief for small business. So, the roll out is not starting out so great but you want to wait a couple of years to see how it plays out. And you want everything to get back to normal...even as the roll out is not starting out so great and people should be able to see how it plays out. And there should be phased vaccinations, which there are. Congratulations, you have used roughly 200 words to say absolutely nothing.Camby4Life wrote: ↑Sat Jan 16, 2021 7:33 pm

There’s no way you graduated from the same University as me, you can’t process anything.JoleonLescottsHair wrote: ↑Sat Jan 16, 2021 7:55 pmSo, the roll out is not starting out so great but you want to wait a couple of years to see how it plays out. Hopefully not.Camby4Life wrote: ↑Sat Jan 16, 2021 8:35 pm There’s no way you graduated from the same University as me..
Good, if you are not a Umass alum I will start a cancel culture fund to get you removed from supporting Umass hoops. We don’t need you.JoleonLescottsHair wrote: ↑Sat Jan 16, 2021 8:51 pmHopefully not.Camby4Life wrote: ↑Sat Jan 16, 2021 8:35 pm There’s no way you graduated from the same University as me..
Not that there was really much doubt, but you just gave the game away.
I don’t speak your woke language. Need a translator for that response.JoleonLescottsHair wrote: ↑Sat Jan 16, 2021 9:56 pmNot that there was really much doubt, but you just gave the game away.
