Ok, so I'll discuss next season then...


I think we rebound nicely from this. The recruiting is still strong and the young kids this year played a lot and showed a lot. I think they will take a big step forward next year. I think the team can get back to the top of Hockey East again.

Lebster and Keifuk are also in the portal, I think Carvel nudges them out of the nest after their senior year.

AHA goaltending champion Jarrett Fiske from AIC is now in the transfer portal. Has one season of eligibility left.

I have a feeling that Carvel was instrumental in helping them "decide" to enter the portal.

We have 3 grad transfers so far.

All were major contributors, plus size and really stretches the UM recruiting reach, Colorado,Massachusetts, Finland. Appreciate the news! Where do these names come from? Would like to keep up on the recruiting and this is the first I’ve seen these. I know the incoming Freshman class is in flux until basically September. Thanks!

UMass freshman d-man Noah Ellis, a Vegas draft pick, has entered the Portal after his first season in Amherst
As a draftee you'd have expected a bit more from Ellis this season but he battled injuries and inconsistency. Probably needs a fresh start

Reports have Morrow and Ufko both returning.
