2021-22 Games #1 & 2: vs #5 Minnesota State

Post by InnervisionsUMASS » Wed Sep 29, 2021 9:18 am

Minnesota State comes into Banner night and weekend as the #5 team in the country. 7:30pm puck drop on Saturday after the banner goes up in the Mullins Center, while we have a late afternoon start at 4pm on Sunday.

This is an absolutely HUGE match up to kick off the season and will likely tell us a lot about what to expect this year. Discuss. #BannerWeek

Are there any media plans? There is nothing on the schedule for the whole year, not even a Live Stats link.

Don’t see anything yet. Free streaming through

Depends if a NESN channel picks any games up this weekend.

I have an extra ticket for the Saturday game. The ticket cost $25 and I'd like to recoup what I paid for it. PM me if interested.

I hope the folks who run The Mullins Center have a HUGE staff to keep the lines moving. A sellout along with checking for Covid proof and the metal detectors could mean very long lines.

Remember - the banner is 30 minutes before the puck drops. Get there VERY early. The odds that parking for a sellout - on the opening night of pucks/hoops for the season - will go well are not great!

The v7 player used by WHMP is now working - I changed nothing so it must have been a problem with the player. Sorry Mike if I broke any rules posting this problem here.
