Perhaps time for a new topic, "Regain the Trophy"?
All due respect, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart, I'm gonna pass.

No shame in HE Champs. Tough end to the season but love this program that Carvel & staff have built. Lots of talent and I'm sure they'll come back strong. Thanks seniors for all you've put in to UMass hockey

Great season. No shame. No matter last night's game was exceptional. Highly entertaining and the guys gave every thing.

Lopina signs. Entire first line gone. He is a Duck.

We really need to hit the transfer portal and sign some solid recruits. Could be ugly next season.

Wait could return UM had a freshman who was injured and didn’t play this season……I REALLY hope it was the injury that kept him from playing….need some Seniors to return….maybe others will see this as an opportunity….

The end result Friday sucked, but that was one of the best environments I've ever seen for a "neutral" hosted game. UMass fans showed up in force. Just amazing. UMass playing locally in almost any NCAA tournament situation is a draw.
I still think this team had enough to make a run and win it all... the puck didn't bounce our way, unfortunately.
Side note: Kudos to the crowd for doing the Hey Song on their own. That was pretty awesome.

Great season. Nothing to be ashamed of hockey East title and another NCAA.
Congrats to Coach Carvel, staff, and players!

It was a great atmosphere. We had a few Minnesota fans around us, some fun back and forth with them. Minnesota people are salt of the earth, just nice people. Guy in front of me was a gracious winner, said it was about as even as you could get for at least the first 3 periods of regulation.InnervisionsUMASS wrote: ↑Mon Mar 28, 2022 8:42 am The end result Friday sucked, but that was one of the best environments I've ever seen for a "neutral" hosted game. I couldn't watch the game in person but caught the end on ESPN. I couldn't be prouder of our kids and Bam should sign Carvel to a lifetime contract.

Matt Lindsay out as assistant coach. Ten years at Penn State, here for a season, then gone. Interesting.
