It's not my intention to report on every Avalanche game and instead, limit my posts to big contributions from Makar. So I guess four assists in Saturday's 5-4 OT win qualifies for a mention.

^ Thanks. I asked tonight at the BB game and was told 6:45 for the ceremony. It will be great to see Cale again and he is just tearing it up for Colorado.

For those that didn't see... Makar was injured in the Bruins game after Marchand laid a clean hit on him behind the Colorado net. Didn't look too serious but the NHL injury reports are intentionally vague.

Still out with the shoulder injury. They're not rushing him back.

In the meantime, he's got a long way to catch up to Justin Tucker, but he puts on a bit of a show with the NHL rendition of "Jingle Bells".
