nice seeing the Yellow Jackets in there!
All due respect, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart, I'm gonna pass.

Just hope they can win their conference tournament because only way they will get in.

Conference tournaments start this weekend for 4 pf the 6 conferences. Outside of Hockey East I’m rooting for upsets. Would be good if the teams UMass is competing with for a number 1 seed got a couple of losses to not great competition and also would be nice to get a first round opponent in the NCAAs who is just happy to be there.
UMass Football: 22-3 at home when I was a student.

Leave the A-10!

BC lost last night in their last game, so we still don't know who we will play next weekend. UNH remains one point behind BC with their last game tonight.

Nice story about Vatrano with mentions of the other former UMass players now in the NHL. Makes me wonder if this would have been year 2 of chasing a national championship if Vatrano and Montour had stayed for 3 or 4 years.

On the flip side, do you want to play a potential No. 15 overall seed that is hot rolling into the tournament?

First-world hockey problems, for sure.

If the NCAA's started tomorrow, USCHO says we would be hosting Notre Dame in Manchester. That would be interesting.

I like how they go out of their way to place 2 and 3 seeds in the closest geographic location, yet pay no bother to the fact that Providence is closer to Amherst than Manchester.

^ +1 Providence would be closer for the school, closer for local fans, and closer for most of our alumni base. But that's cool.

First-world problems I guess.

I imagine they look at Providence and Manchester as negligible distance wise for UMass. They want PC and Quinnipiac in the Providence pod.

^ Probably right. Unfortunate no game in Worcester this year. I think we'd sell that SOB out.

But PC isn't the host school (Brown is) therefore you'd be significantly rewarding a lower seeded team..
