We are at rock bottom. We have never had a good coach that consistently inspires. There is a problem here. Women's basketball, men's hockey, and over the long term men's basketball. I never agree with 78 but how do we make this stop?

I don't know. Every time I think we've hit rock bottom we seem to lose another three games in a row.

Back on topic...Montour seems to be finding his stride. Vatrano is lighting it up. His 12 goals are tied for the lead in Hockey East. I really think this team has some good hockey players. I also think the coach is the one to be blamed for not being able to bring the team together. Mick is simply not a good coach. It's unfortunate, but true. UMass finds a way to lose every game. Think about this....Merrimack just beat Minnesota tonight IN MINNESOTA!! WTF?!?! We can't even beat UCon(vict) at home!? Pathetic.

There are some good players on this team....not sure how many, but definitely some guys to build around. The problem, as has been noted here before, is that ths system put in by the Coach is insane and won't allow this team to win in Hockey East. UConn was averaging fewer than two goals per game prior to last night, yet they managed four against Mick's system. Get rid of him.

Our home record under Micksanity is now a scintillating 1-8 this season, which is a little better than our 1-10 record in Hockey East. The good news: only 11 more league games left. I think 1-21 is a definite possibility.
