One of the other stats I reset was the "high water mark" in simultaneous visitors. For some reason, this was achieved on a summer day several years ago. During the off-season, this made no sense. Was probably due to a number of search engine bots just doing their thing.

Maybe this will give us a more realistic number this time around, hopefully after we advanced into later rounds of March Madness.

OK, by now you've noticed that JJ worked his magic behind the scenes, and gave us the latest and greatest in board software.

Enormous thank you to JJ for his efforts. Without his helping hand over the years, there's no chance that this site would exist as it does today.

The board is still powered by the same "phpBB" software that we used to have, so much of the look and feel remains the same, just with some subtle differences. JJ also gave us a color scheme that stays pretty true to our state U's maroon & white.

Pretty much all your preferences (avatar, signature, etc) were retained, so there should be little to nothing you need to do. JJ also took great time & effort to retain all of the topics & posts that we had. (I retain all history in Men's Hoop. Other forums gets pruned to remove old & inactive topics.)

Enjoy, you knuckleheads. If you have any feedback, post it here.

It's still essentially the same format, but it looks better, it's faster and it has a couple of nice new features. You should get used to it pretty quickly.

JJ got rid of all the posts that disagreed with what I had to say. The numbers were higher for some than others.

Seriously, GREAT job on the re-do, very pleasing to these eyes.
