JJ got rid of all the posts that disagreed with what I had to say. The numbers were higher for some than others.

Seriously, GREAT job on the re-do, very pleasing to these eyes.

Nice job with the update...easy to read and easy to use....all that and maroon and white too!

This board continues to be top notch. 8)

I mentioned this yesterday...
I did some resetting of post stats. I think one option I used might have lowered post totals if old posts were deleted, which I do from time to time.

IV shouldn't worry though, he still leads the universe in number of posts, 18% more than the next guy on the list. He could probably fall into a coma for a year and still maintain the lead 8)

^

haha well done!

Mike - Any way to get it to open up a new tab or window when you click a link? It instead stays in the same tab and takes you out of the board.

Right click on the link and open in new window/tab?

Otherwise, there's no provision to auto pop a new window on a left click.

Odd, the old board did it to a new tab.

Looks great, works great!

One thing I noticed is it works much better from my phone -- which is huge.

Thanks again for all that you guys do.

It's been driving me crazy too. I'm sure I'll get used to it though like anything else.

IV and Refuse2Lose, I'm going to issue you guys a challenge:

Search for a PhpBB3 hack that addresses the new window pop feature that you're looking for. If you find it, let me know. I already have a tremendous amount of time (that I don't have) into upgrading the board. If you guys are desperate for it, find it.

JJ by no means was I taking a shot at you or Mike. I am tremendously appreciative of this board and the work you guys have put in. Like I said, it was driving me crazy but it's a very minor thing, which I will get used to by right clicking for a new tab. The work you've put into this board goes well beyond what I think most of us would put into it, and much more than we expect out of you, and for that I thank you.

PS. I have no idea what a pbhbb3 is, so consider this a challenge fail on my part!

Also, usually holding Ctrl (or Cmnd on a Mac) while clicking a link will open it in a new tab automatically..

Hopefully saved you a second or 2 with that shortcut :P

Yeah, I'm not really sure why you took it like that. I asked a question and then commented about how the old board functioned. God forbid.
