Pages trying to download

Hey dudes. I'm aware of some weirdness with the site, where the browser tries to download a page instead of displaying it. But I'm not seeing it consistently, so it's hard to pin down what's causing it.

If you've gotten this far, some of the site is still working for you, but chime in and let me know if you see anything odd also.
What browser were you using?
What page were you trying to get to? (Site's home page, the message board start, etc)

I'll have to dig into it more tomorrow, today is a busy day with my actual work.

I got this in both Firefox on my work laptop, and Chrome on my personal one. I couldn't access here for a good chunk of the day on the work one, but was more likely to get through on the personal one.

I typically travel straight to https://www.umasshoops.com/newboard/viewforum.php?f=1

No changes Mike, same problem we discussed via Twitter. Good on mobile (iOS/Safari), no dice on the desktop (Windows/Chrome).

I had the problem yesterday on my PC using Edge, being unable to use the basketball page due to the downloading. other pages worked in a round-about way, but it all seemed fine later in the evening and has been ok (for me) since.

I can't get in thru Chrome, but I can thru Edge.

I'm able to access everything on my desktop using an "incognito" chrome window. Regular chrome I have to find a backdoor, but there's still some weirdness, and mobile (android) works fine.

Still the same issue with Chrome, but I was able to access the board via IE, Edge and Incognito mode via Chrome (posting this via that right now).

Never had an issue with firefox on my pc getting on here. Haven’t tried logging on via pc today though.

Still an issue with Google on my desktop computer, but OK with Microsoft Edge.

Yep, still the same problem with Chrome on my Windows desktop.

It looks like this issue has been resolved. I was able to open the pages using the normal google chrome, not incognito mode.

Worked this morning for the first time, though I got in by going through the main page first rather than the link I normally do (https://www.umasshoops.com/newboard/index.php).

I hope there is some technical person who can help me. The redesigned athletic website works fine on my IPAD, but not my computer. I get the maroon background with the UMASS icon in the center, but it freezes there--it does not go to the home page. I use EDGE. I tried FIREFOX, and it doesn't work there either. Thanks.

I'm not a great person to speak technically on this stuff but maybe some flash plugin issue?
