Special Teams Coordinator

Special teams have been a thorn in our sides far too long. The defensive line is a full time job. It's high time like other programs to hire a Special Team Coordinator.
Looks like the current limit is 11 coaches. UMass does have 11 but special teams have been a problem for a long time. Other teams as Toledo have a special teams coordinator. Don't know how to fix the issue with special teams, but suggesting a dedicated coach/coordinator and changing some coaches responsibilities so it fits.
