2024 Football Season Tickets
Is it me or is the Umass ticket office calling and emailing way to much to renew tix? Listen Mr Umass, it’s not my problem that the football team needs the money like yesterday! Let’s start with cutting back on the number of uniform combos, coaches, specialists, etc as you might find some savings instead of obsessing over my paltry $400 contribution to watch the worst program in the country! FYI, the more you call/email, the more likely I don’t renew!

I had a similar thought. I renewed and always planned to. The email reminders and offers of help to renew were over the top. They were not composed as a thank you for buying I the past, etc. They were/are a hard sell. I can understand a reminder or two. It weekly “personal” messages.WillHerndonFan wrote: ↑Sat Apr 13, 2024 8:42 pm Is it me or is the Umass ticket office calling and emailing way to much to renew tix? Renewed very early have not had any of these emails or calls. Idk what is in the message, but people are doing their jobs. If they contact you, complain, if they don't complain. Seems people like to complain. That said, don't know when season ticket sales open up to the general public. Someone posted an idea that 100% agree with, there should be a general admission season ticket at the price of group sales.
Almost always excited and think we'll have around 5 wins this season. We put the bottom in and have a solid chance to be on equal or actually better than the best Whipple teams. Then we'll be in the MAC and we should know by the end of the month if WKU commits or not.
Curious thread on the MAC board regarding the MAC Contract with ESPN.

Hasn't seemed more than anything in the past. 1 month and 1 week email reminders. I've gotten calls in the past but not so far this year.

I got more than previous years and early on had responded to one of the messages that I knew the deadline and was going to renew. Not really an annoyance but seems like misplaced effort, unless the messages were on autopilot.InnervisionsUMASS wrote: ↑Mon Apr 15, 2024 7:13 am Hasn't seemed more than anything in the past. 1 month and 1 week email reminders. Probably an autopilot thing.
