The announcer said illegal formation we’re talking about the same play and penalty on Atwood on the TD called back . And now 4th and 7 they go for a FG down by 17. Why!?!?

Why in God’s name do you go for a FG on 4th down when your down by 17 with 6 minutes to play

I think he would have to sit out so i doubt it. He has been forced to learn how to be a pocket passer this year due to the injury. if he is healthy next year, i expect 40+ pts a game..

Jersey in hand right in front of the ref. No call.
Two calls of ineligible blocker downfield, which had nothing to do with the actual play. Even the announcer was blown away.
It’s almost like the refs wanted to keep UMass out of the game with these pivotal decisions.
