But, in any case, it is NOT our UMass guys picking the tv times.
With a 3:30 pm kickoff, breakfast, lunch have a tailgate repast before the game and the a light dinner - 4 smaller meals - eliminate 1 if you are strickly a traditionalist 3 meals per day guy😁
3:30PM are my favorite starting times. Get a few things down around the home front. Head out to the game around noon. Time to visit, tailgate and then the game. It's a long day, which I enjoy. Sort of like those family vacations that you do a lot and beat by the time your back.
Go UMass!!

If I was still living in MA I would not be able to go to 3:30 games. I take RT 116 from Amherst to Adams and it goes through the country. Not and and not very wide road. I do not drive very often at night Don't tailgate either, never have.

This is why room rates jump from Fri $200 to Sat $300 because people spend the night.

Yesterday’s game was definitely winnable. I don’t what DB has to do to stop those ridiculous after the play penalties but if/when he does this team will win a few games!
That’s it…we still suck but not as much. I like “not sucking as much” to “really sucks” and hope we can get to “halfway decent” one day.
UMass should have won this game. DB and staff have to get tough on those who get these personal foul penalties. Sit their asses down for the next game...or longer if necessary, until the message...that this kind of stupidity will NOT be tolerated!...gets through.
This kind of stuff really makes me angry and makes UMass look like a rinky-dink team.

I don't see why thy don't do the old noon or 12:30 starts like they used to. Still gives you plenty of time to tailgate, if you get down there for 8:30-9 am. Even if you don't tailgate, as long as you roll your ass out of bed by 11 am as a student, you can make it down there. Pretty much every game was played then when I was an undergrad and it was great (I get we didn't have lights then but I loved the games played during daylight). Frees up the whole afternoon after the game to go take a nap or party some more as a student :D

^^^
That's early November, the season is 3/4 over by then, only 1 home game after daylight savings time ends this year.

Definitely need to cut down on penalties at crucial times if we hope to win any games.
