It's been 4 LONG years since 2018. 2017 I thought we actually were competitive and the win @BYU was awesome. We absolutely HAVE to get a win next year.

"A good question I would be asking more for Ryan Bamford is if Missouri has actually approached him about getting out of the road contest in Amherst in 2024. It's UMass' only P5 team at home on a future schedule, & Missouri is already exploring ways to prevent that road trip."

"Nothing super insightful, but there’s some away non-conference games scheduled by a previous administration against non-power 5 schools that they don’t really want to play. There’s an away game set for UMass in 2024 that I suspect won’t get played as currently scheduled."
The SEC just voted on an 8 game conference schedule for 2024, possibly saving this game. Missou voted for a nine game conference schedule.
"Jack didn’t have any envy in him," Calipari said. "He was the greatest coach to ever coach here."

For the record, the SEC's conference schedule voting wouldn't automatically drop the UMass game from Mizzou (or Miss St/UGA), the schools are still required to abide by the terms of the signed contracts they have for the contest. If Mizzou wants out, which they may no matter how many conference games the SEC plays, then they need to pay the buyout(s)
