They gave the Brown hire a B-. Thought it deserved a better grade but it's still higher than UConn and Temple's.

^That was a crap grading system with very little to no research behind it. Big names at big programs get high grades...

What I also found interesting is Brown being 66 is mentioned like it's a mark against him while the two hires that are 60 (and that resigned from their last HC gigs due to health issues) were praised as "youthful" and "having plenty left in the tank".

^Agreed! His "analysis" is plagiarized information from The Athletic/ESPN/USA Today. WTF does where Joe Moorhead's son going to college have to do with grading Akron's hire a B-...Why do coaches ages even matter when Saban is 70!

Sure enough, Michigan QB Dan Villari entered the transfer portal. Look for UMass to target him.

"Mark your calendars for the 2022 UMass Football Signing Day Show on Wednesday, February 2 at noon – live on NESN. Head Coach Don Brown and his coaching staff will share feedback and answer questions about the 2022 signees, spring practice and the upcoming Fall season."

Of course they pick the date when I'm not working from home!

Anybody know if the Tulane game will be the season opener or we will have a 1AA game at home? I actually like the way 2022 schedule opens with Tulane (maybe) , Temple and Stony Brook vs. last year with 2 ACC games.

The email did not make sense. They "postponed" the event from Feb. 16 to Feb. 2.
"Jack didn’t have any envy in him," Calipari said. "He was the greatest coach to ever coach here."

No, they postponed the "Meet and Greet" at the UMass Club. The "Signing Day Show" on TV hasn't changed.
