Could get ugly early...for UMass of course. Need to break out the black helmets and uniforms...

One last go at home.... weather might not cooperate, which won't help anything.

Probably a single 20' x 20' canopy should cover all those attending this one.

Bet you One Thousand dollars their will be more football fans, as always attending the game in bad weather, than a climate controlled Mullins Center basketball game against UMBC Tuesday nigt.
Go UMass!!

Let’s get behind UMass alum Alex Miller and hope he can lead the team to a win on Saturday.

It was so good hearing Miller talk, no BS, no excuses. I really have started to dislike Bamford--not genuine...

Steve Steve Steve, you are really making me like Eldon, which is really hard to do but you are doing it. I thought about you today when listening to bamford, that donations from People like you Steve81, are the reason they can fire Walter Bell.

Of course, there will be more ppl at the football game, if national champs only draw 4800 a night, how many are going to come out at watch a basketball team that hasn't been talked about since the Obama admin.

Dennis, I liked him too, I know Bamford does not have the balls to hire him fulltime, but I could get behind that hire. UMass people, coaching and running UMass will make UMass a better place. I've said it for years, you have to go to UMass to understand UMass. The outsides like Bamford, Bell, McCall do not get it. Carvel, UMass grad, gets it.

Feel the same. As Whip said in his press conference, there is just something in the bones of UMass. Bamford is not and will never be a UMass person--he's just not real enough--good or bad. Miller is UMass.

Hated Bell's excuses over the past three years! They were shown the light last week by URI...

I may have thought about that bet before they announced canning Bell. Now that the deed has been done, the die hards will show up to support the players and encourage them as much as possible.

Rallying around them so to speak.
