Re: Game 10: "The Greatest Gameday Experience in America"
If UMass had even a decent FBS QB this game could be at least close to winnable. The defense is playing well for them but getting worn down. Looks like a good UMass crowd with the band.

I'm not sure why we thought it was a good idea for our inside backers to have the pitch guy... pretty much never works

Worst UMass QB I have ever seen! Put anyone else in, please Bell.

Are Brito's parents rich and paying Bamford and Bell so he plays? I'm serious, because there is no other reason on why he is playing. I might report them to State DA because this should be investigated! (I'm kidding....). Even the CBS announcers are amazed by Brito as a QB!

Is that fake punt the worst play call I have ever seen? It’s in the discussion.

Dennis, stop watching the game with your eyes open! People talking about the fake punt and giving Bell props for making the call, or criticizing his decision without ever noticing WHO he chose to throw that fake punt pass lol. You honestly can't make this shat up, a LB and not the kid who might be the best QB on the roster lol. Good lord, Walt Diaco is special.dennisdent wrote: ↑Sat Nov 09, 2019 1:35 pm
To have a starting LB do it--YES! How about the TE who is also a QB!

Money, I think we're the few that see how bad this really is, not just the scores each week. Bell is not remotely trying to win or stay close in these games, and I feel sorry for the players who are out there.
Nice of Army to run up the score on Bell!

On the bright side, our yards per game pass defense went down

Scary stat from the game: Brito was 6 -16 for 75 yards passing. Minus the TD pass for 56 yards and Brito was 5 - 15 for 19 yards for 3 quarters!
Re: Game 10: "The Greatest Gameday Experience in America"
And he refuses to run but the young guys like Pallotta and Johnson can't get a sniff. Even a kid like Fallon who has one more year of eligibility can't get on the field. Instead when Walt Diaco gets tired of Brito he brings in Mr Try Hard. So bad you have to laugh.dennisdent wrote: ↑Sat Nov 09, 2019 4:25 pm Scary stat from the game: Brito was 6 -16 for 75 yards passing. Re: Game 10: "The Greatest Gameday Experience in America"
Totally agree! There is something wrong with Bell! He can run the wildcat for the whole game and it would be better then what we are seeing. If we're seeing it, I guarantee other donors and football alumni are seeing this crap. He refuses to run the QB which is a death wish for the offense and sets the defense up for failure.SJGMoney wrote: ↑Sat Nov 09, 2019 4:45 pmAnd he refuses to run but the young guys like Pallotta and Johnson can't get a sniff. A lot more than I expected. I was a bad fan and didn't stick around to see how many were still there at the end.

Fallon should be the starter in the last two games to establish competition going into the offseason. Oh, also because he can make a throw to the sideline from the opposite hash.
