2019 Season

Post by InnervisionsUMASS » Thu Feb 14, 2019 11:33 am

Season Ticket renewal emails went out today. It's $120/ticket for the year.

They are advertising the new club Commonwealth Club in the south endzone through the dashboard you can access in the email.

Don't forget about the Coach Bell "Kickoff and Signing Day" event at the UMass Club in Boston next Thursday, 2/28. Should be a nice way for the fans to meet Coach and get excited for 2019.

Sucks it’s the same night as a hockey game in Eastern MA.

Ouch... you're right. That's not good planning.

Maybe it's the only night they could get the UMass Club AND Coach Bell. Unfortunate timing, but I would think most of the football-centric alums in the Boston area will attend the football event.

Right, it could be that or poor planning or one of many other possible reasons.

It isn’t UMass’ job to help Merrimack College sell tickets. Promoting the UMass football team seems like a higher priority to UMass Athletics than accommodating a handful of fans who are willing to pay $28 each to bask in the wonder that is Lawler. It is unfortunate that the timing doesn’t work, but there are many variables that go into putting on these events. I would be more upset if they scheduled this the same night as a UMass HOME event such as a basketball game.

Of course not. Not much can be done at this point.

Let's be honest, at most it will affect 12-14 fans assuming UMass fans buy half the seats.

Chance to win a conference championship for the first time? I'm going to Merrimack. Maybe next time, Coach.

Spring practice has begun. I don't know this guy's writing:
