They also gave UCONN a B in 2014 for hiring Bob Diaco...so yeah.

Let me also say that i do not agree with much of these grading opinions. The C+ was just under the average grade. They had Les Miles, new University if Kansas coach at C-. 20th out of 21. Totally ridiculous. For Kansas to get someone of Miles stature and record of success, is a homerun for Kansas. Kansas football is at best poor and save for a few good years, has been bad for a long time. A terrible stadium and very little fan support. Thus this ranking system is just one persons opinion and bias can certainly factor in.

I like the hire. For basketball I’d prefer a northeast guy. Football. Walt Bell has high aspirations and good football experience

Real estate friend of mine told me earlier this week Bell just put his Amherst house on the market for a cool $880K.

Beautiful home I have to say.

Bell had a lot TVs, should have spent more time building game plans instead of watching TV. Really nice house.

Jesus, you aren’t kidding! You know you’ve got some nice coin when you leave all those sweet TVs behind with the house. Think he needed to do a little more reading of his own playbook 🤪

The TVs are traveling with the Bell family.

In the listing, under DISCLOSURES AND REPORTS is reads:
Exclusions: 2 fridges, unless seller finds house with fridge, all TVs

He wants his TVs and I can't blame him.

TVs are cheap as hell these days. A 55" 4k LED TV will run you like $300 with a warranty. Depending on how much space they take up on a truck, might not even be worth the cost to move them across the country.
