First in the nation in receiving yards with 839
Second in total receptions with 54
Tied for second in the nation for receiving TDs with 8

Great season so far.

His speed and moves are terrific to watch, and great hands. Let's hope he plays on Sundays in a slot receiver role. You cannot teach speed. My USF friend was extremely impressed with him.

Even with the utter crap our program has been over the last 7 years, we've certainly seen a lot of great individual performances/careers here. Isabella and Barr currently, and up until this year, Ford. Breneman, Sharpe, Frohnapfel, Sifrin, Blanchflower to name a few.

If UMass can build some type of WR-U reputation, that would be great...

78', glad you made this thread, he deserves a lot of respect for his play. Smart and very efficient - don't have to be the biggest guy to make all the plays. Definitely the shining light of our team thus far.

I don't like to give Whip too much credit but guys like Izzie and Zullo were low rated football players who ran track and he could see their potential!

Jeremy Miles, Vlad Ducasse, Victor Cruz, Jeremy Cain and James Ihedigbo all were/are NFL guys from our most recent FCS days. Sharpe is the only FBS player to stick in NFL. Granted, Breneman and Blanch were hurt. Ford will not be in the NFL. Isabella will probably latch on somewhere.

Was just listing some off the top from the FBS era that had great seasons/careers here, NFL or otherwise.

I was totally freaked out by the post name. Was terrified that he was leaving abruptly.

I just put up the other guys for comparison. wasn’t saying those guys you listed were not good. It’s interesting to note we’ve had as many “stars” as a crappy FBS team as we had as an elite FCS team. Attendance at the games until this year also was higher for the crappy FBS teams vs. elite FCS teams.

I think he gets drafted. He just knows how to move under control even at his blazing speed. Brady to Isabella in 2019.

How can you forgot all 329 lbs of Elijah Wilkinson playing for the Broncos.
