The Skyforce did just pick up C.J. Anderson a couple of days ago (a few days after Erie placed him on waivers).

Wow. Is it time for Put to consider Europe?

^ Looks like he took your advice

He recently left Basket Scafati in Italy where he averaged 11.2 pts and 7 rebounds in five games.

Anybody know how a G League salary compares to what he could make overseas? Wondering what his motivation is to stay in the G League for so long. As Marsellus Wallace said: "If you were gonna make it, you would have made it before now."

Regardless, I wish him success.

Mike, wasn't he overseas before? Maybe with covid, he's staying in the states
Always loved Put, one of the most athletic players we've had. Hope he gets an NBA shot someday

According to an article from last season the starting G League salary is $35k, Put has 4 years of G League experience prior to this year so it might be higher for him. I know most of the premier overseas leagues salaries start in the six figures and it looks like Put had 2 overseas stints in Italy and Hungary last year. This year could be like Floyd said staying state side during COVID and it puts him in a better situation if the NBA needed to expand rosters if there was an uptick in positive tests

Also, I don't know when seasons overseas start and finish, and maybe he can do both?

Any chance he'll be playing in Springfield? Nevermind, can't go to the games anyway :?
