There may be other motives for Mr. Burke making a point of mentioning his donations. For instance, he publicizes UMass and the act of donating as positives. Put me in the camp that has no problem at all with him being outspoken about his donations. It is almost certainly better for UMass than if he only anonymously donated.

Keeping with the donations theme, tomorrow (April 2nd) is the last day to make your reservtion for the Court Club Hoops Banquet. DO IT, it's a fun time for all and your ticket money might get the team a few new jocks!

Wow, you'd think they might feel some connection to UMass. So maybe Trigger is trying to build that. Hope one or two of the young studs actually ponders who the heck George Trigger Burke is.
