Chris Walker

According to today's Gazette, there is "mutual interest" between Walker and Umass related to a possible return. Would solve the familiarity issue.

Walker would be a great get. He recruits heavily in the south, and has multiple ties with the high schools of Texas. And, it you choose to disbelieve the press, there are people in Texas who can't wait to get the hell out of here!!!!!!

Wasn't Walker the one that had issues with the drink?? I may be completely and utterly wrong in that....but I thought I remembered that's why he left in the first place.

I had heard that he left to pursue interests in the private sector. Drinking might be considered on such interest, but I've not heard Chris' name associated with getting alky-bated in inky-hol.

This was the announcement when he left.

Right you might be totally wrong - and you probably are - but what the hell ! why not be totally irresponsible and smear somebody on a message board by insinuating the man has a drinking problem.
Insert cornball rah rah slogan rhyming w/"Ford" here.

Yeah, I think everyone who reads Kosty's quote will walk away thinking "I didn't realize Chris Walker had such trouble with booze, but since Kosty didn't equivocate about it whatsover, it must be true."
You know, say what you will about America, 13 bucks still gets you a hell of a lot of mice.

Then let me reiterate! Walker is a great get as a recruiter. He knows the south and the southwest. He has great ties with high school coaches. He is known and respected. Chris Walker will add a lot in terms of scouting and recruiting to the program.

Yeah....because whatever I say is clearly the truth. And don't let it bother you that I stated I could be wrong.

And you have NEVER smeared anyone on a message board have you Pappy?? And how exactly is my comment a smear? I asked a question because I thought I remembered hearing that there was an issue with Walker. I never stated "I know for a fact that Walker is a raging alcoholic!!" Give me a break.

People may find the answer they seek somewhere in track 10 of a Jimmy Buffett disc produced in 1990, or not. :(

If I was a part of this coaching staff I think I'd have a drinking problem.
Retarded artistically. Idiotic in other respects.
