Hopefully Mass, Mason, and Bonnies in CBI and we play a Kent State.

So it appears that the NIT now excludes mid-majors. These are basically all pretty big schools from solid conferences. Doesn't bode well for us in the MAC for NIT.

Either the teams who made it surpassed us in the regular season or tournament. We got what we deserved which is nothing!

20 win season, top 4 in the A10, best season in a decade. Would like to see this team play some more games especially if this core is going to come back next season.

CBI is a possibility but I dunno if they'll accept.

It costs 30K to be in it. Plus you can add the costs of any $$ for win thresholds in HC contracts.

Anyone know win incentive amounts for UMass, GMU, and Bonnies coaches?

Costs, injuries, and mental state of the team are likely going to determine if we go.

Clearly from looking at this a lot of teams declined bids.

CBI has taken A10 in past.

Looks like nobody wants to touch the CBI. Wonder what CIT will look like.

CBI took Chicago St who went 12-18 and had 3 wins against non-NCAA schools. And even then couldn't fill the full 16 team bracket. That tells you everything you need to know about the quality of that tournament. I can concur now that it would have been a waste to play in such a tournament.

Not getting a NIT bid will probably hasten the exit of players, especially with the overall lack of respect for the MAC conference.
