How about this regarding DD:

We've seen the "tough", now how about the "love" by starting DD against URI. It would be good for DD and I also think it would be good for the team. Not going to happen, but it's a thought.

I will miss the start of the game as my wife and daughter are taking me out to celebrate my birthday which is on Tuesday, 86 Th. Olive Garden is offering me a free desert so I will take them up on it. It is located about 10 min from my house so I should be back for the final minutes. They will keep me updated on the4 score with their cell phones.

will be there +3 - saw Carmelo Travieso will be in attendance today - Tyrone Weeks is there for most games. Camby was at the game in Springfield but would be nice to see him back on campus today as they wear the throwbacks and of course Kellogg will be there - that would make 4 of 5 starters from the glory years. I agree though - would love to see more former players attend but I also understand most aren't in the immediate area so it's hard to get there on a Wednesday night.

just noticed in Traveiso's Tweet he mentioned Camby so maybe he will be there and he also mentioned Marc Bertrand who is the host of Zolak and Bertrand on 98.5 in Boston and a former UMass alum - he tries hard to talk about UMass football and when Martin was hired he had him on air so hopefully if they win he will talk a little bit about them. I also believe Zo's kid attends UMass so if and when they get goood it will be nice to hear them talk UMass sports in Boston
