I’m guessing there will be no Noah tonight…

Priority #1.. win the game
Priority #2.. Play Gapare at least 25 mins.. kid needs run and this is the perfect game for it.

When was the last time Umass was favored by 15.5? Wow.

Noah or no Noah, I hope they don't get lulled into sleep against a much inferior opponent. Hope some people show out for this game so it's not one of those dreary, sleepy home games in front of 2,100 people.

If Noah sits out we should get a good look at Diggins and KT. Maybe some point forward from Gapare.

My assumption after watching TJ and Noah come out of the Harvard game was that TJ had cramps and should be good to go and Noah tweaked his ankle. I wouldn't be surprised if they hold him out tonight against Albany, and I honestly don't think they'll need him tonight. Keon and Diggins should be able to get the job done.

Albany is pretty banged up, reason why we are favored by so much.

The Great Danes (3-6), already down Marcus Jackson (collarbone) and Justin
Neely (ACL) will also be without Will Amica (ankle swelling) and Ny’Mire Little,
who is out for the season with a hip injury.

If the students aren't going to show up tonight, when will they show up? Team on a five game win streak, just won a tournament, huge win vs Harvard Friday - if not tonight, when? I'm not saying 2000 students need to show up, but 500 would be nice and would make a huge difference. I also think there are more students going than it appears - they seem to be sitting in random seats throughout the arena rather than the student section. Would be disappointed if they didn't have 4500-5k tonight.

FWIW 0- This is the last week of classes and lots of students face final project class reports this week prior to finals starting. Procrastination til the 'last minute' yields athletic absence.

I say 2,500 maximum, probably less.

Sit Noah and sit TJ if he's not at least 90%. Give DD a start, he's earned it.
Diggins (or Keon)
RJ
Cross
DD
Wildens

I don't think you can start Brandon if you also start Diggins or Keon. Not enough firepower.

idk, could just be me, but it seems like the Harvard win put a bigger spotlight on being the best team in the state and in-state "rivalries" Not necessarily saying that UML is a rival, but it would be a real kick in the nuts to lose a home game to UML after that big road win. That, plus UML having a higher NET rating than us, it just seems like this game has a bit more significance now.
