Last night was a kick in the balls, but still plenty of time to make up some ground. NEED to figure out the road woes though.

At least we've proven we can get it done on a neutral court. Just avoid the 10-15 and let the chips fall where they may.

VCU is officially the best team in the league, 5 straight road wins.

Dayton beating VCU doesn't really affect our standing. We do need SLU to hang on and beat URI. They blew a 5 point lead with 1:39 to go and the game is now tied.

Not A10, but I took a quick look at Missouri-South Carolina. Boy, do I wish Frank could find a way to lure GG Jackson to Amherst, assuming he stays in college for more than 1 year.

Also wanted to check on 2 of our former players who landed at Missouri, Sean East and Ronnie DeGray. Sean's getting 23 minutes a game and averaging 7.5 points. The shocking stat is that prior to today's game he was 8/43 from three for the year. That's under 20%. Ronnie doesn't play a lot, around 10 minutes and 2 points a game.

All 4 6 loss teams are playing on the road tonight. Big night for the middle teams battling for a top 9 spot.

Indiana was down 20 to Northwestern before making a last second comeback to lose 64-62. Definitely some deja vu to our game against Loyola Chicago.

It’s been a hell of a college basketball season. The parity in the field will make the madness that much better in March.

I don't remember so many A10 teams without winning records at this point in the season. I haven't looked back at past years, but this year there are 9 teams at .500 or below for the season - only 6 teams with winning records.

It's been a while for the A10 but, VCU got a vote for a Top 25 ranking.

Look at the differences in usage rates (I think this is the metric), last season vs this season

VCU beats Saint Louis and they’re onto the A10 finals.

Fordham vs Dayton next.

I am 100% rooting for Fordham to take the A10 title; that would be special.

Could it be that blue unis are to Dayton what black ones are to UMass?
