I used to do it pretty well at Fenway. People who have been going for decades can do pretty well without being nutz. Even at the bill.

Some people can guess the number of m&ms in a jar.

I don't think I could with any sort of accuracy. But it's a 9500 seat area. You could probably get within +/- 1000 people.

Yes, indeed, reduce root mean forecast errors 😳.

Getting within 1000 should be doable for people who attend many games and pay close attention.

I usually try to guesstimate what fraction of the arena is full. If you do that in the current situation, I think you'll find it rarely looks even 1/3 full.

Harvard just beat Babson by 10 after trailing at the half and the score tied with 10 minutes to go. Yikes.

Solid win on Saturday and once again McCall seems to be making good adjustments over the course of the game. No new information here, but of course we're still very much a live by it, die by it team.

I had expected there to be a few more people there, especially considering it was an in state rival... but what can you do.


Looking forward to seeing how they play tonight.
