41.5 on 3-pointers. Don't know how many he attempted.

I feel a little better after seeing this, but it's not a done deal. My understanding with transfers is that they aren't official until they enroll in school.

I am aware of the reports saying this is premature. Let me put it this way: it would take a very serious last second change of heart for Kelly not to be playing for the Minutemen next season. He will be heading to Amherst.

Seems like a player Killings would want to retain at Albany

Yeah looks like he takes 4-5 per game on average and ends up hitting 2 of them. I'll take that for sure.

Wondering about this, since it's been almost a week with nothing further.
The guy who first reported it hasn't said anything further. Albany's newspaper hasn't mentioned it. McCall, who tweeted when Steadman & Buttrick announced, hasn't said anything. CJ himself hasn't tweeted about it.

He hasn’t commited yet so I wouldn’t expect him or McCall to tweet. The guy who reported walked back saying it’s highly unlikely he isn’t at Umass but it was no longer 100%

It doesn't look promising having taken this long to commit. There are other shooters out there and I'm guessing we are exploring.

Maybe he's waiting to see where his former coach ends up.

^ Will Brown turns 50 this year, and is a lifelong New Yorker. Born, college, and all his jobs have been in the state. He'll have to uproot everything he knows, or take a step down to stay local.
