Steady did a little practice yesterday, per McCall, but it sounds like he'll be out for Weber State. One more day might not change a lot, so maybe not Friday vs UNC-G. Maybe a few minutes Sunday for Ball State, but that's just me speculating.

Smart. If he's hurt there's no reason to push it in a tournament where you're playing 3 games in 4 days. Plenty of time to get his feet wet before A-10 play starts.

He didn't exactly light the scoreboard on fire this season with us. He only got 17 minutes a game, playing behind Buttrick, and tallied 7.5 points and 3.8 boards. He's also not a threat from 3, and for a league that's 3 crazy, he doesn't look like much of a fit.

Even this blog picked up that he seemed to peak at San Jose State, three years ago.

They want practice players to judge talent. Neither is a target but the invitation sends a message that the player has international options.
