I honestly believe it's more processing than anything of actual concern.

EDIT: I went and looked at the Summer Session schedule and it looks like we're already well into Session 1, with Session 1 ending 6/25 and Session 2 starting July 6th. If we don't hear anything on the negative side between now and then, I'd suspect the announcement to be between those dates.

“ CN: Are you moving to UMass this summer for the first or second session?

MS: Yes, I’m going to be there next month. Sometime in late May, so I’ll be there for the first session. I can’t wait, I keep looking at the calendar like ‘is it May yet?’”

He looks like a young Arsenio Hall.

UM's official roster is updated and Steady is listed as a Senior. I thought he'd be a grad at this point, but wasn't sure. Maybe fully classifying his academic status had something to do with the delay in announcing him.

Weight shows as 231, apparently he put a little back on since slimming down for Montana.

Now that it looks like Steadman is getting close to being able to play, I'm hoping for the San Jose State version. It's apparent that something wasn't right at Montana. Maybe it was style of play, coaching, atmosphere or whatever, he wasn't the same player as he was at SJSU.

He played hard at SJSU for a 4-27 team in a decent conference (Mountain West). If he can come close to those numbers (13.2/8.5) I'll be thrilled.

How many minutes per game did Steadman average to get those numbers? I'm curious to see if the offense runs as well with him at the 5. Buttrick is a good match for what McCall is trying to do on offense.

He had 30.5 minutes per game at SJSU in 2018-29. Couldn't find Montana stats.

^ Approx. 23 minutes for Montana. Shot 55% from the field for Montana and 48% for SJSU.

sounds like there's a good chance we'll see him this weekend in a limited role. Too bad the team wasn't allowed to practice Tuesday, as that might have moved his schedule up a day.

Curious to see what he brings as well and without seeing him play I am not going to put much stock in his numbers. Someone has got to put up points for a 4-27 team.
