Who is going to step up and be the consistent scorer this year? Most people I'm sure agree that TJ might be that guy, but who else? Noah or Javohn most likely. Any of the five new guys?

I'm going to guess very balanced scoring, with Noah, JG and TJ being the more consistent scorers, but the Kelly boys could surprise us with big nights. And Dibaji has the potential to give us a big night here and there. But I could see this team having a bunch going off on various nights, and I see that as a good thing. All for One

Its going to take everyone playing to their strengths, for the team, to have a good season. Have to say, I like the makeup of the players to play that way, although I don't know much about the new guys. I will be there again this season to give them my support

Just saw this video of DD. Not sure where or when it was taken, but he doesn't look like the DD we saw last year. There are lots of questions to be answered with this years team. I'm hoping that DD and Dibaji can step up and provide some interior scoring and rebounding. In the past they have tended to be on the perimeter but we need more help on the interior this year.

I think Dominguez is someone who could improve a lot over his college career. He’s got good size and a pretty good shot (not great shooting form though). He was a little lost last year, as many freshmen are, but with some added confidence I think he can be a contributor this year.

Conference matchups, per Rothstein

Home: Duquesne, George Washington, Saint Joseph’s, VCU, Fordham, George Mason, La Salle, Rhode Island, Saint Louis
Away: Davidson, Duquesne, Richmond, St. Bonaventure, Fordham, George Mason, La Salle, Rhode Island, Saint Louis

Not bad at all. Every team we get at home is very beatable.

Looks like Rothstein made a mistake on ours - he has Duquesne listed as both home and away, but we only play them at home.

The one we have away appears to be Dayton (we're on their schedule, but they don't appear on ours).

be careful when evaluating these videos...do a google or youtube search for Kolton Mitchell...kid looks like a stud in those videos but we all know otherwise.

You are correct about us playing at Dayton and being home to Duq. I'm not sure it was Rothstein who screwed up. It looks like the A10 release was wrong. Anyhow, it really doesn't matter. With all of the transfers in and out, I think it's going to be hard to figure out just how good most of the teams will be. Need to do more research.

Based on last year's performance, we have a very favorable schedule. Eleven very winnable games plus (including four on the road). Well, very winnable with the team we had last year. I don't know what we have this year. I think the talent is there, but can McCall put them in positions to maximize their abilities and win?

I'm with you here. One remarkable stat from last season was playing only 15 games and having 8 different players be leading scorer. 5 of those players remain, and the Kellys can both score a lot, so look for balance (or potential for it), which could be a team strength.
