Gresham scored 11 and had 2 rebounds and two blocks in a win over Grambling.

Gresham is going to the big dance. Texas Southern rolled today and Brison had 10 points, 7 boards and 5 blocks. Congrats.

Keon Clergeot is leading SE Louisiana in the Southland Tournament Final right now - shown on ESPN2.
Re: Updates on Former UMass Players Still Playing College Ball
Gresham ranks 15th in the nation in both offensive rebounding percentage and block rate.

Gresham playing right now. He's the only former Minuteman in the tournament.

Gresham is an absolute beast--he is dominating this game. Funny, didn't recognize him at first. Turned the game on and saw #44 playing like a force of nature--doing everything at a high level with boundless energy. I thought how is this kid playing at Texas Southern? He seems ready to turn some NBA scout heads. Heard the name Gresham and was in temporary shock. Then it all made sense. The Umass MBB team for the last 10 years is like me playing the stock market. When I get hold of something, it tanks. When I let it go, it starts to fly. We are completely snake bit right now. We must be paying off some serious karma debt for past sins.

I think he's found his level and he's taking advantage of it. He finished with 6 points, 12 boards and 6 blocks in a 9 point win.

Clergeot's college career is over (I think) with an 8/2/2 effort in a loss to So. Alabama in the CIT.
Re: Updates on Former UMass Players Still Playing College Ball
Rice plays Ohio U. on Saturday in the CBI, so Carl gets to play in the postseason.
Re: Updates on Former UMass Players Still Playing College Ball
Carl put his team (which unfortunately is Rice, not UMass) up by 1 with 6 seconds left but his team gave up a 2 a couple seconds later, as Ohio beat Rice 65-64. Carl led scoring in his last game with 20.

Santos is at SNHU, Walker at App St, and CJ Kelly at UCF. So that leaves Garcia, Jones, Kolton and McCrory, who haven't landed anywhere, right?
Re: Updates on Former UMass Players Still Playing College Ball
Wow, UCF. Good for him. I'll miss his shooting.
