KAEO: Sean East
Re: KAEO: Sean East
Sean East is a very crafty player. I think he thrives in an uptempo game where he's free to create, not as much in a rigid system. I doubt he'd ever return here, but East, Noah, and JG could all split the 2 guard spots, TJ play more of a small forward. Be a pretty athletic, capable scoring group.

Re: KAEO: Sean East
Look at the jump Noah made from year 1 to year 2 (although injuries played a part in year 1). Sean did the same at Bradley.
Re: KAEO: Sean East
Noah certainly made a jump

East, not so much. Most of his numbers are close from year 1 to 2. They're decent, just not markedly improved.

Re: KAEO: Sean East
I would have never guessed East averaged 28 min per game at UMass. I would have gone closer to 18-20 MPG for him.
A smart person learns from his mistakes, but a truly wise person learns from the mistakes of others.
Re: KAEO: Sean East
While we were on pause, there was news that Sean is going to leave Bradley and go to a JuCo in Illinois.

I haven't seen anything that explains why he's taking a step down to the JuCo ranks. He was getting time and averaged 9.0 ppg with Bradley.

The strange saga of Sean East continues - now a possible JUCO All-American.

John A. Logan’s Sean East is averaging 21 points, seven rebounds, and six assists in his first two JUCO games. Started at UMass and nearly averaged double figures at Bradley last season. Could be a JUCO All-American this season.

Good for him. I always liked his game and was disappointed to see him leave.

You know what would be even stranger? If he came back to UMass next season.69MG wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 10:12 pm The strange saga of Sean East continues - now a possible JUCO All-American.Sean Paul

As much as I like Sean East, I couldn't see him coming back. This is Noah's team, without a doubt. Looking for a big year from him
