2022 Recruiting
Re: 2022 Recruiting
Not saying I'd rather.
We do need at least 2 more bodies to be able to practice in a function manner, IMHO.
Great base of talent. We could use some experience.

Casey Simmons is transferring from Northwestern. He is a 6-6 SG from Milton Mass. We offered him in 2019. Started 7 games as a freshman. Three star recruit.

Not sure if he'd have to sit out a year, as he entered late.

Oh, no team yet. Just saying he's from Massachusetts, is talented, and is available. NW was expecting him to start next year.

agree ...any talented kid from the Baystate should be hearing from the Flagship.

All due respect, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart, I'm gonna pass.

Re: 2022 Recruiting
They'll make exceptions if a kid wants to play closer to home. Hint, hint.

He played at Mass Rivals with Wildens Leveque and Gianni Thompson. Former 4 star recruit and #1 player in Mass. I like the sound of it all.

Did we in fact offer in 2019? No mention of it on 247DoctorJ wrote: ↑Sat Jun 18, 2022 4:18 pm Casey Simmons is transferring from Northwestern. He is a 6-6 SG from Milton Mass. We offered him in 2019. Started 7 games as a freshman. Three star recruit.

Yes on 6/15/2019 per VC.
Also, Warren Williams from Manhattan just entered the portal as a grad transfer. He is a PF 6-9 240, and started 3 out of 4 years in the MAAC. He would rank high compared to a lot of what is currently in the portal.
