Solid win for Houston today but the NOLA duo doesn’t seem to fit with the teams tempo,

Jarreau was 6th man of the year last year and supposed to shine at Houston this year but Quentin Grimes somehow becoming eligible and not sitting out a year changed everything,

But in hindsight, Jarreau can now become a grad transfer which I think might be the best thing for him. If Grimes sat out this year, he would have had a bad senior year and that’s it.

Jarreau made a sloppy pass and instantly looked over at the coach, instead of running back on D, and that was it - Didn’t play the rest of the game. He seemed scared of the coach, and was also timid on the court. He did not attack it to the basket once; seems to be a mental game right now.

The speed of the game and playing against a top tier NBA Prospect was simply too much for Gresham.

I watched a little of that game scoop and saw that same play with DJ. I did notice too that he immediately looked to the bench and got yanked quickly. I've seen it in a couple other games too. Sampson seems to have him on a very short leash

Sampson seems to be a bit of a scumbag but he's also a pretty good coach and doesn't take any shit from his players on the court. From afar it seems like DJ's lack of a jump shot is keeping him from breaking out off last year's promising season, at least offensively. I think Brison is probably giving pretty good minutes defensively and on the glass but his lack of offense is probably keeping him from being more than what he is right now. I think what he gives would be exactly what we need here, especially with Sy leaving...we don't have much (or anything) in terms of 6-8ish dudes who can move a little bit and clean the glass who can play alongside Tre.

I've always been a fan of Brison but I'll take Samba over him right now

Jarreau scored 12 points tonight, all from the free throw line. Don't think I've seen that before.

^

He didnt finish all that well.....

He apparently got a T for talking trash to Hurley (BRAVO!!!) and then a 5 second violation with seconds remaining. Sage had a great tweet about it.

And now we have a report of him getting ejected for biting a guy.

(Jarreau, not Sage) :)

Jarreau is a clown and that entire DK class was vastly overrated.

Ooooof, you know it’s bad when it’s a headline on the front page of ESPN.

I think it's fair to say Jarreau has some issues.

I just saw the video. Looked like he fell going for the ball and his momentum carried his head into the kid's leg... didn't look like he bit him on purpose.
